When you request free access, contact us, leave feedback, or use a paid membership, we may collect your name, email address, favorite dance style, messages, membership status, sign-in activity, and basic information about how you use DancingFlix.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide access to classes, manage memberships, respond to messages, improve DancingFlix, prevent misuse, and send dance tips, class recordings, offers, and updates you requested. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in an email.
Payments and third-party services
Paid memberships are purchased through external checkout pages operated by Salsa Knoxville and its payment providers. DancingFlix does not directly store your complete credit-card number. Videos are provided through privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds; YouTube may receive information when you play a video. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
How we protect and retain information
Lead, membership, and feedback records are stored in a protected database. Administrative access is restricted to authorized owners. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw from marketing emails. Some records may need to be retained when required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
Children’s privacy
DancingFlix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
