These terms apply when you access DancingFlix, its free content, or a paid DancingFlix membership. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Free access and communications
Free DancingFlix access may require your name and email address. By joining, you agree to receive the requested dance content and occasional class updates or offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Paid memberships
Each checkout page identifies the classes included, current price, billing frequency, and any additional terms before purchase. Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Different libraries may require separate memberships, and access to one library does not automatically unlock another unless the offer clearly says so.
Cancellation and billing
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method provided with your purchase or by contacting us at waldo@waldosolano.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Any refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
Personal use only
Your membership and access code are for your personal use. Do not share, resell, copy, download, redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially use class recordings without written permission. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused.
Dance and fitness safety
Dance instruction involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Participate within your ability, use a safe practice area, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning if you have health concerns. Online instruction is educational and is not medical advice.
Availability and third-party content
Class selections may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Some videos and checkout services are provided by third parties, including YouTube and ClickFunnels, and their own terms may also apply.
Intellectual property
DancingFlix branding, page design, written instruction, and original class materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
